Are their any music albums are a must to have?

I am adding to my CD collection at the moment because I am tired of the old mumbo jumbo. My favourite bands are: The killers, Placebo, Alkaline Trio, Feeder, My Chemical Romance and Snow Patrol. I guess I have a wide ranging taste in music as these bands are not all alike :S Anyways, if there are any albums that you really adore and would recommend then please mention them here =)
Thanks everyone, everyone’s recommendations here are great =) I am pleased that Nat recommended the cribs album… Love that band for improvising the song “be safe”.

Skindred!!!!!!!!!!! Their latest album is Roots Rock Riot. They have a reggae punk rock feel to them. I love them! I like the bands you like and I think you may like Skindred too. Also, another fun one would be Gogel Bordello- he is into gypsy punk- real funny and entertaining. Another one that I LOVE is Flogging Molly! They are more of a Celtic punk style! Devil’s Dance Floor is my favorite song by Flogging Molly. Check it out. Hope I helped.

There are no albums truly worth saving. Songs on the other hand that really touch your heart and soul should definitely be saved. Albums tend to have mediocre songs mixed in that you might not like so why waste your time with them.

Pink Floyd - Dark Side of the Moon - My fav!!!
Matchbox 20 - Yourself or Someone Like You
Kiss - Destroyer
Boston - Greatest Hits
Genesis - Three Sides Live
Rod Stewart - Anthology
Elton John - Greatest Hits (from the 70s to the mid 80s)

There’s more, but this is a good start!
Plus my Grandson is asking me to play cars with him, so, I need to stop thinking music and start thinking hotwheels!!
Have a great day!

PS I don’t know how old you are.
I’m 41, so, I dunno if you will like my choices,
but, my daughters like some of them,
and they are 24 and 21!
