Will the Atkins diet work for a person who is a normal weight?

I have a 20 BMI but I’d like to lose just a few pounds, and it’s really hard. I want to restrict calories to 1400 a day and exercise. I was just wondering if the Atkins diet is likely to work for someone who isn’t overweight.

Who will be in charge to inspect our apartment when we move out?

By the laws and common practice, who exactly will be in charge to inspect tenants apartment when they move out and decide to charge tenants for something? Property management or the third-party such as someone who works as a public inspector?

My girlfriend has what I consider an odd, and sick attraction to men that play certain horror movie roles. She never liked Matthew McConaughey UNTIL she saw him in Texas Chainsaw Massacre 4. He was all dirty, greasy looking, had a robot leg that ran by remote control, and he beat the hell out of people. Bill Moseley played Otis in House of 1000 Corpses and Devil’s Rejects. After watching him in these films, she really got into him and found him attractive…EVEN though he could be our FATHER! In the 1000 Corpses, he was all white and pale with stringy long white hair. In Rejects, he had a really long grey hair and a long grey beard. He was a very angry homicidal maniac. Now she is fixated with him. She NEVER thought Christian Bale was attractive…she said he was ugly. UNTIL she watched him in American Psycho as an absolutely nuts serial killer who cut women and admired himself in the mirror during ***. She even thought Heath Ledger as The Joker…and I mean his CHARACTER (MAKEUP AND ALL!) was “hot.” These are just a few. Keep in mind she is very close with her parents and has no history of mental illness. She’s also a nurse. She is an intelligent woman. Your thoughts?
