Paying state taxes after getting out of military?

I hope i can explain this right for everyone to understand. My fiance just got out of the military in August and was stationed in NC, which his W2 comes from Texas, and according to the tax office he owes over $700 in state taxes because the Military doesnst take out state taxes for some reason. The previous year he was also stationed in NC he didnt pay taxes either and didnt owe any to the state. He has had another job since he has been out of the military and has been paying in NC taxes so that isnt what hurt him. So does anyone have any reasons why he is having to pay state taxes for the time he spent in the military?

It has nothing to do with trying make my self happy or rich i just want to be known u know like how paris hilton is supposedly famous for no reason what so ever and yet she is a house hold name

Have you or do you know someone that has falsely claimed a man to be the father of a child that is not his? If so, what was the reason for this and why was the real father not told about this? Did you or the person claim child support?

And what are the most common methods used by those who have succeeded? Do most ppl who succeed very very clinically depressed or have a terminal illness? Are many or any of those who succeed not actually depressed but jst want out of life for whatever reason? What do you think must be the last things that go through their minds right before they kill themselves?

He has 4 F’s and a D. The teachers say he knows the work. The reason his report card is bad is because he is Autistic and does not finish his work or turn it all in. Hubby and I think he should repeat 6th grade. The Principal and other teachers think he should go on to 7th grade.
